How to work out your delivery and pack down* cost

* 'Pack down' means we come back to the venue after the event to collect our items
* 'Set up' means putting together the backdrops, adding flowers to them, and applying decals if needed, we don't just leave everything at the door.
We DO NOT  deliver to /pack down from the CBD,

Step 1:

Enter Springvale as your starting location on Google Map

Step 2:

Enter your delivery suburb 

(For example 'Berwick)

Step 3:

Work out the distance between 2 suburbs (Choose the shortest route)

Enter the distance in the field below and choose your other options, then click  'Calculate Fee'

Cost explanation: Our standard Delivery and Packdown service is charged at a base rate of $80 for two trips (including free setup), plus $5 per kilometre for the first 10 km and $6 per kilometre thereafter. If you only require Delivery-only or Packdown-only (one trip), we simply apply half of that combined cost. Ground-floor deliveries with no stairs incur no additional charges; upstairs deliveries without a lift are billed at $50 per floor, while those with lift access incur a flat $20 fee. Late-night collections (after 11:30 pm) and early-morning deliveries (before 8 am) each carry a $50 surcharge. Orders consisting exclusively of flowers or plinths (no backdrops) receive a 20% discount on the delivery portion of the fee.
